· Demonstrating high processing speed and the ability to meet deadlines.
· Maintaining accurate records.
· Effective communication skills (written and oral) across various hierarchies and branches.
· Meeting with clients to understand their specific visa requirements and assess their eligibility.
· Providing comprehensive guidance and counseling to prospective students about study opportunities abroad.
· Addressing student concerns, questions, and doubts promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in study visa processing
