Job Description

Position: Counselor (IELTS/PTE)

Location: Ludhiana

Experience: 1+ Years

The main responsibilities would include:·

Initial communication with the walk-in or telephone enquiry from the prospective students
Admission and counselling (walk-in/telephonic)
Providing complete details of the courses offered to the prospective students and converting walk-ins into admissions.
Providing direct support to academic team and students
Processing all the paperwork relating to admissions

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with good organisational and time-management skills.
