E-commerce Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Supply Chain Strategy

Develop and execute end-to-end logistics strategy for quick commerce
Optimize supply chain to ensure cost-effective and fast deliveries
Build and manage partnerships with 3PLs, last-mile carriers, and warehouses

Quick Commerce & Last-Mile Operations

Lead hyperlocal and instant delivery models
Implement real-time tracking & tech tools
Oversee demand forecasting and inventory planning

D2C & B2B Fulfillment

Manage both direct-to-consumer and B2B distribution logistics
Ensure high delivery accuracy and reverse logistics effectiveness

Performance Optimization

Identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining SLAs
Drive process improvements using automation & analytics
Monitor key KPIs: TAT, cost per delivery, fulfillment rates

Vendor Leadership

Negotiate contracts and SLAs with vendors
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Experience with AI tools, automated warehouses, and route optimization is a plus
