Understand project scope, plan activities, and track progress to meet delivery deadlines.
Prioritize tasks based on program status and TCP requirements effectively.
Evaluate validation requirements and results to ensure thorough verification of e-kit specifications.
Monitor project progress and proactively escalate risks to senior management for timely resolution.
Identify technical gaps, assess their impact on customers, and conduct risk assessments to address concerns with relevant stakeholders.
