Role & responsibilities Develop, monitor, and control project schedules , ensuring alignment with contractual timelines and milestones. Lead project planning and monitoring activities across multiple T&D substation projects. Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, baseline schedules, and progress reports . Oversee resource planning , budget forecasting, and cost control measures. Identify and mitigate project risks through effective planning and proactive measures. Manage internal and external stakeholder reporting , including client updates on progress and deviations. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to align planning activities. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. 10-15 years of experience in Planning & Project Control with core exposure to T&D substation projects . Proficiency in Primavera (P6) , MS Project, and MS Office suite. Strong understanding of project management principles (time, cost, quality). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience with large-scale substation projects (220kV/400kV/765kV). Certification in project management (PMP / PRINCE2) is an advantage.
