Job Description

Role & responsibilities Finance Operations & Leadership Lead a team handling day-to-day GL, AP, AR, and MIS functions Oversee financial closings, monthly reports, and ledger integrity Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial compliance and reporting accuracy General Ledger (GL) Manage end-to-end GL accounting, journal entries, and intercompany adjustments Review month-end and year-end close activities Analyze variances and prepare financial statements in compliance with IND AS / IFRS Accounts Payable (AP) Supervise invoice booking, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing Ensure timely settlement of dues and adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS) Accounts Receivable (AR) Oversee invoicing, receivables tracking, and customer account reconciliation Monitor AR ageing and drive collection efficiency through business coordination Reconciliation & Consolidation Conduct and review reconciliations for bank, vendor, customer, and GL accounts Manage consolidation of financial statements across business units Ensure accuracy in intercompany eliminations and financial consolidation entries MIS Reporting Prepare comprehensive MIS reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR/AP Ageing, Working Capital Deliver data-driven insights to aid budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making Lead improvements in automation and dashboarding for financial reporting Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Ensure full compliance with applicable financial regulations and frameworks: Companies Act , CARO (Company Auditors Report Order) IFRS and IND AS reporting standards RBI regulations including APR (Annual Performance Report) filings for overseas investments Tax compliance (TDS, GST, income tax) and regulatory audits Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections Maintain proper documentation and timely filing of required reports and returns
