Responsibilities: - Possessing 2+ years of experience managing a process or team project - Monitoring and auditing workflow efficiency to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement - Regularly evaluating employee performance and ensuring accountability - Driving team success through the management of periodic Objectives and Key Results (OKR) - Resolving transaction-related inquiries for customers and support teams - Building, maintaining, and occasionally presenting data on key team performance indicators to stakeholders, including senior leadership - Demonstrating experience in mentoring or acting as a peer leader - Exhibiting strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to collaborate with all levels of management - Being solution-oriented with a proven track record of driving results - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and effectively manage time - Possessing a minimum of a bachelor's degree - Following a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office - Working shift timings from 2pm-11pm Special Sauce* (Non-essential Skills/Nice to Haves): - Experience with MasterTax is a plus Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is Baked into our Recipe for Success: At Toast, we believe that our employees are our secret ingredient, and when they thrive, we thrive.
