Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development: Establish and manage processes for identifying, engaging, and achieving partnership targets. Strategic Partnerships: Manage a diverse range of partnerships, including Sales Referral, System Integrators, Product/Solution Partners, and Platform Partners, with a focus on multi-country needs. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales teams to maximize partnership opportunities and expand business in existing markets. New Initiatives: Lead and support the development of new initiatives that align with business growth and market expansion. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate or MBA (preferred). Experience: 10+ years in partnership development or sales, with a mix of both experience. Prior experience in IT/ITES/HR Tech/Payroll Services is preferred.
