Manager Key Accounts

The Manager Key Accounts (AV) position in Business Development requires a dynamic individual with a minimum of 4+ years of experience and education in MBA, BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics preferred. The role is based in Bangalore and Hyderabad. As the Manager Key Accounts, your primary responsibility will be to lead initiatives that aim to generate and engage with customers to cultivate new business opportunities. You should be a collaborative team player with exceptional presentation skills. Strong negotiation and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. Your duties will include focusing on managing existing accounts as well as developing new accounts. Building and nurturing relationships with Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Consultants, Architects, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. Your approach should be centered on consultative selling techniques. Additionally, you should have the ability to work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to drive business growth and foster partnerships. Candidates with experience in AV/Security/Building Management solutions or related industries will be given preference for this position.
