As a Manager - Java Full Stack Developer, based in Mumbai, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 8 to 10 years of overall experience in software development, with at least 6 years as a full stack developer. You should have proficiency in React for frontend development, strong experience in backend development using Java Spring Boot, expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, and knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. Additionally, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and domain knowledge in trading exchanges, financial markets, and surveillance systems. Your responsibilities will include full stack development, building responsive and interactive frontend interfaces using React, designing and implementing secure, scalable, and efficient backend services using Java Spring Boot, developing RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication, integrating APIs with third-party services and trading exchange systems, managing real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka, and incorporating domain knowledge to enhance features like fraud detection, trading behavior monitoring, and risk management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance to team members, monitor system performance, resolve application issues, optimize performance for both frontend and backend components, implement secure coding practices, and ensure compliance with financial industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
