We are seeking an experienced and people-first IT Business Systems Manager to lead our India-based Salesforce operations. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Salesforce.com professionals, with a focus on Production Support, delivery alignment, and driving strategic outcomes in partnership with our USA-based teams. As a key extension of our USA operations, this leader will embody a collaborative spirit, foster a strong team culture, and ensure seamless alignment between global teams. If you're passionate about Salesforce, thrive in agile environments, and know how to balance people leadership with results, we'd love to talk to you. **Key Responsibilities:** **Leadership & Team Management** Lead and develop a high-performing India-based Salesforce team, with a strong focus on mentoring and career growth. Promote a people-first leadership style that emphasizes empathy, trust, inclusion, and accountability. Act as a cultural bridge between the USA and India teams, ensuring that collaboration is seamless and productive. Experience gathering and aligning business requirements across stakeholders that span job level and function. **Salesforce Expertise** Provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce.com with 5+ years of hands-on experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customizations. Ensure best practices in configuration, customization, and support are followed across all team deliverables. Lead and continuously improve Production Support operations to ensure SLAs, uptime, and issue resolution standards are met. **Process & Strategy Execution** Strong planning and execution skills. Design and implement scalable team processes that align with strategic goals set by USA leadership. Collaborate closely with the USA-based Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers to ensure consistent delivery and team synergy. Monitor metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Global Team Collaboration** Navigate and embrace cross-cultural differences to promote healthy team dynamics and shared outcomes. Schedule overlaps with US time zones as needed to support alignment, communication, and planning efforts. Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills. Must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis clearly to a diverse audience, including senior executives, and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses. **Qualifications:** Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce.com, including hands-on and managerial responsibilities. Minimum 5 years of experience in people management, with a proven people-first approach to leadership. Strong experience managing Salesforce Production Support teams with a track record of success. Proven success in working with or within US-based organizations, with an understanding of global work cultures and communication styles. Demonstrated experience in building and refining operational processes that map directly to strategic objectives. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant) are a strong plus. Experience working in a scaled agile organization or distributed agile team.
