Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Planning : Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Employee Relations : Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring a positive workplace culture. Talent Management : Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to meet organizational needs. Performance Management : Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms. Organizational Development : Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks. HR Metrics & Reporting : Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational performance. Experience : Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
