Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Knowledge of TCF Equipments e. g. Assembly Conveyors / Manipulators / Robotic Glass gluing / Wheel alignment/ RBT / ADAS / Shower / Engine& Rear Axle decking Systems, Lifting and Handling Devices, Engine & Rear Axle Decking Pallets.

Knowledge of Electrical, Controls & PLC; Hands on experience in Allen Bradly PLC programming, HMI & SCADA Programming, and VFD commissioning; Hands on experience in Control panel manufacturing, product selection and trouble shooting.

RFQ/Scope Preparation and Supplier Technical evaluation for above Equipments.

Design Approval of required systems with Project tracking. Prepare and follow PFMEA/MFMEA of Equipments.

Installation and commissioning of equipments with punch item list and without missing the Project Timelines.

Coordinate with supplier and Plant (Customer) for eliminating new Equipments installation and commissioning Issues.

Execute and improve effectiveness of PM, TBM, CBM activities on equipment through properly defining the details in Scope documents.

Supports production department for day to day activities and smooth implementation of Installed Equipment.

Should be flexible for implementation of project at multiple plant locations, irrespective of members base location.

Knowledge of Civil , Electrical and Automation of equipments will have added advantage to this.

Knowledge of Simulation softwares, 3D designs, CATIA. PLC software.
