Manager, Digital Analytics

As a Manager, Digital Analytics at Synchrony, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer and partner experience while optimizing business performance through data management and cutting-edge analytics solutions. Your responsibilities will include implementing analytical and marketing technologies across digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy, and mentoring team members on tools and processes. You will be a part of the India Analytics Hub team, contributing towards business growth by providing descriptive to prescriptive analytics using innovative technologies. To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or web design, with the ability to work independently on tagging and implementation projects. Proficiency in tag management tools like Ensighten, Tealium, or Adobe Launch is essential, along with a good grasp of digital implementation concepts and the capability to write and decode advanced JavaScript. Additionally, experience in analytics within the Financial Services Industry and knowledge of personalization tools like dynamic yield or BlueConic would be advantageous. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a BS or MS degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, along with a minimum of 2 years of analytics experience. Distance learning degrees will not be considered, and in the absence of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required. This role offers enhanced flexibility and choice, requiring availability between 06:00 AM and 11:30 AM Eastern Time to accommodate meetings with India and US teams. The remaining work hours are flexible for you to manage, with occasional exceptions based on business needs.
