Manager- Digital Ad Sales

You should have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Digital Content & Ad Sales within the Online Media Sales industry. It is essential that you possess a strong background in the North Kerala Markets. Your success in this role will be highly dependent on your excellent network and relationships with digital media agencies, media buyers, and digital marketing teams at direct advertisers. To excel in this position, you must be adept at content ideation and storytelling to effectively build brands. Your ability to articulate ideas clearly and convincingly will be crucial. Experience in closing various types of deals such as branded content campaigns, combo deals like Digital + TV, and content syndication deals will be an added advantage. You should be skilled at analyzing market trends to provide valuable insights for business development initiatives and the formulation of selling and marketing strategies. Your expertise should also include Brand Integrations in Video Content and Sponsorship sales for Exclusive content. As a successful candidate, you must possess effective communication skills and demonstrate proven managerial abilities. You should be highly motivated to aggressively pursue sales targets and identify potential business prospects to increase market share. Proactivity is key in managing the sales pipeline independently based on monthly revenue targets. Driving new client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and agencies are essential responsibilities in this role.
