Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead customer service teams.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Develop and enforce customer service policies and procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and performance.
  • Address and resolve service disruptions or crisis scenarios.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
