As the Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting corporate sales efforts by establishing and nurturing relationships with corporates, schools, and regional businesses. Your responsibilities will include executing partnerships, tie-ups, and group travel initiatives for MICE and Incentives, coordinating with the operations team to deliver comprehensive travel solutions, managing the sales cycle from inquiry to closure, and monitoring market activity to suggest improvements and identify new opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales within the travel or hospitality sector, with exposure to client management and relationship building in Punjab, Haryana, or Chandigarh. Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is required to excel in this role.
