Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the Competence Centre, specializing in Syndication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services, with expertise in project finance and structured finance deals.
Roles and Responsibility

Build new or maintain tie-ups with various banks and financial institutions.

Prepare Project Information Memorandum, Teaser Notes, and Appraisal Report.

Develop financial models for clients'' projects.

Coordinate with potential lenders to obtain credit facility approvals on desired terms and conditions.

Assist in legal documentation for clients.

Stay updated on sector policies, regulatory environments, and recent developments.

Job

Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and financial services.

Strong knowledge of project finance and structured finance deals.

Experience in renewable energy and infrastructure sectors is preferred.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
