Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and passionate about delivering value to clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in line with company goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Present company products and services to prospective clients through presentations and proposals. Prepare business development plans and reports. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
