Job Title: Manager Branding & Campaign Department: International Business Reporting: General Manager- Branding Location: Corporate Office, Ahmedabad Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Branding & Campaign Manager to lead and execute our ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing initiatives along with Digital Marketing & Campaigning. This role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, coordinating campaigns, managing events, and supporting PR activities. The ideal candidate should bring strategic thinking, excellent execution capabilities, and a deep understanding of integrated brand communications. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns along with Digital Marketing Campaigns to strengthen brand identity and visibility. Lead the coordination and execution of events, activations , and brand experiences across key markets. Oversee PR and media relations , including drafting and distributing press releases, liaising with media, and handling brand communications. Collaborate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance metrics , generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Ensure all branding activities are aligned with the companys global vision and regional market strategies. Qualifications & Skills: MBA in Marketing or a related field. 15-18 years of experience in branding, ATL/BTL marketing , Digital Campaign and PR . Preferred experience in an advertising agency or in-house marketing team managing advertising campaigns along with digital campaign. Strong organisational, project management, and coordination abilities. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset .
