Manager-Brand Partnership & Alliances(fixed upto 7LPA+72K Travel allowence+1LPA Variable)

The role includes two main areas of responsibility: day-to-day work and relationship management. In this position, you are expected to identify new brands/companies based on trends, market knowledge, and current advertisers. You will reach out and establish connections with these identified brands/companies. Understanding clients" businesses, identifying their marketing problems, and collecting marketing campaign briefs are key responsibilities. Upon gathering the necessary information, you will be required to plan advertising campaigns based on the briefs and obtain approval from clients to execute the campaigns. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure that campaigns are performing and executed as per the commitment. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with clients to ensure the smooth flow of work and report on ongoing advertising campaigns. Meeting monthly/yearly revenue targets is crucial for this role, and preparing daily task reports will be part of your routine. The work hours will be divided equally between answering emails/calls and executing/planning campaigns. Establishing strong business relationships with clients and fostering a culture of high performance and innovation within the team are also important aspects of this role.,
