Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 6 to 11 years of experience to manage our real estate portfolio in Ahmedabad, providing in-depth analysis for the allotted region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and management. Roles and Responsibility
Manage the real estate portfolio through periodic asset quality reviews, project site visits, data analysis, and meetings.
Ensure post-disbursement compliance according to sanction terms, including security perfection and charge creation.
Identify early warning signals and prepare timely Asset Quality Review notes.
Liaise with audit firms, legal and technical vendors for timely reports.
Participate in preparing facility documents for disbursements and follow up on Post Disbursal documents (PDD).
Prepare MIS and publish reports as required.
Work on SICR reporting to NHB.
Handle internal and external audits and process mapping/improvement related to the business.
Manage NOC and issuance, and oversee escrow account management.

Job
CA or MBA in Finance degree.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of banking, financial services, and broking.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in credit risk assessment and management.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
Understanding of RERA and other relevant laws and regulations.
Experience in managing and improving processes.
Knowledge of auditing and compliance procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
