As a Manager ASO, you will play a key role in driving the visibility, discoverability, and success of our mobile games in the app stores.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior App Store Optimisation (ASO) Specialist to join our growing team. As a Manager ASO, you will play a key role in driving the visibility, discoverability, and success of our mobile games in the app stores.

Requirements :

5-12 years of experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) for mobile apps,

preferably in the gaming industry.

Bachelor & degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related

field

Proven track record of success in driving organic app downloads, revenue,

and user engagement through ASO strategies.

Deep understanding of app store ecosystems, algorithms, and best practices

for iOS and Android platforms.

Expertise in ASO tools and analytics platforms, such as App Annie, Sensor

Tower, and Google Play Console.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and

draw actionable insights.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for mobile

gaming and technology.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive ASO strategies to optimise app store listings and drive organic downloads and revenue. 2. Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential Keywords and phrases for app optimisation. 3. Optimize app metadata, including app titles, descriptions, keywords, and screenshots, to improve search rankings and conversion rates. 4. Monitor app store rankings, user reviews, and competitor activity to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and data analytics, to align ASO strategies with business goals and priorities. 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in ASO and mobile app marketing. 7. Analyze ASO performance metrics and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization. 8. Lead experimentation and A/B testing initiatives to optimize app store listings and drive continuous improvement.
