Purpose of Job:

Principal Accountabilities:

• To Check control panel for electrical power and distribution of power in the plant.
• To do Machine preventive maintenance as per planned schedule.
• Attend break down / alarm in machines which are in operation and ensure for smooth working of all the machines.
• Ensure the maintenance work as per work / job instruction in optimized time limit.
• Providing the feedback of the maintenance work to the supervisor and maintain good operating practices.
• General maintenance of machine & tool change, job change activities as and when planned by in co-ordination with production department..
• 7) Follow all the safety procedures while working as described by the senior.
• Daily fill up their day to day work in their work log book.
• Daily electrical consumption meter reading data entered in log book.
• Daily round up the total machinery of the plant & fill up the daily check Point list for the all machinery so that we can prevent the major break down.
• Preventive Maintenance carried out as per schedule weekly, monthly, half yearly & yearly.
