Maintenance Engineer ( Exp. From Sheet Metal Automotive Industry)

Position – Assistant Manager – Maintenance Location – Sambhajinagar (Maharashtra) Budget – 45 K Experience – 6-7 yrs. Education – DME / BE (Mechanical) Responsibilities - 1. Oversee and manage mechanical maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations. 2. Possess technical expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic presses for effective troubleshooting and repairs. 3. Plan and execute maintenance for plant machinery, equipment, and utility services. 4. Perform and monitor preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns. 5. Conduct breakdown analysis, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. 6. Maintain and manage an inventory of critical spare parts for uninterrupted operations. 7. Ensure adherence to TPM practices and monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). 8. Implement and monitor low-cost automation solutions to enhance productivity. 9. Analyze and monitor MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) for continuous improvement. 10. Monitor and optimize energy consumption across the plant. 11. Ensure proper implementation of 5S, Poka-Yoke, and Kaizen techniques. 12. Develop methodologies for machine maintenance and ensure adherence to schedules.
