Maintainance Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Implementing scheduled maintenance procedures and addressing breakdowns or malfunctions. Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Identifying and diagnosing equipment faults, providing first-line diagnostics, and arranging repairs or replacements. Maintenance Planning: Developing and executing maintenance plans to minimize downtime and disruptions. Quality Inspections: Performing quality inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment performance data. Equipment Management: Overseeing the maintenance of production and electrical equipment, ensuring proper upkeep of machinery and facilities. Budget and Cost Management: Monitoring budgets and costs for maintenance activities. Supervision and Training: Supervising maintenance workers, technicians, and contractors, providing training on equipment operation and maintenance procedures. Inventory Management: Maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies. Collaboration and Communication: Working with other departments and stakeholders to optimize maintenance schedules and ensure efficient operations. Safety Compliance: Ensuring all equipment and systems operate safely, adhering to health and safety regulations and industry standards. Process Improvement: Proactively seeking ways to improve maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment reliability.
