We are looking for a Mainframe Lead with a minimum experience of 8 years in COBOL development with at least 5 years of expertise dedicated to Micro Focus technologies on the Windows platform. Requirements: Strong understanding of COBOL programming, Micro Focus tools, Windows Server environments and database management. Advanced proficiency in COBOL, with extensive experience in developing, maintaining and optimizing COBOL applications. Expertise in Micro Focus COBOL, including Visual COBOL, Enterprise Developer and Enterprise Server. In-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments, including IIS for hosting COBOL applications. Encounter with RDBMS such as Oracle and SQL Server, including writing SQL queries and optimizing database interactions. Proficiency in using Visual Studio 2019/2022, Microsoft Team Foundation Server and other relevant development tools. Familiarity in designing and implementing web services using JSON and XML for communication between COBOL applications and other systems. Understanding with version control systems like Git and Endevor. Expertise working in Agile development environments, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives. #LI-Onsite #LI-DR1
