We're Hiring: Mainframe CICS Developer Location: Hyderabad / Pune / Bengaluru / Chennai Experience: 8–10 Years CTC: Up to ₹31.6 LPA Job Type: Full-Time | On-site We are looking for a highly experienced Mainframe CICS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and experience working in modernization and DevOps/cloud environments. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain mainframe applications using CICS, COBOL, JCL- Work with DB2, VSAM, and Assembler in a Z/OS environment- Perform system debugging, optimization, and performance tuning- Utilize tools such as ISPF, TSO, SDSF, and SQL for development and support- Lead modernization initiatives and collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members Required Skills:- CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, Assembler- Z/OS, ISPF, TSO, SDSF, SQL- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and leadership abilities- Exposure to modernization, DevOps, and cloud technologies Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹3,160,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
