Maintain documentation for code, API usage, and module configurations. REQUIREMENTS: Strong experience in Magento 2 theme and module development. Deep knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. Hands-on experience with Magento REST/SOAP APIs – creating and consuming APIs. Ability to insert and update product data via API, including complex types like configurable, bundle, and grouped products. Experience with custom checkout, payment gateway integration, shipping methods. Familiarity with Magento Admin Panel, product attributes, and EAV structure. Good understanding of Magento architecture, design patterns, and coding standards. Proficiency in using tools like Postman, Git, Composer, and CLI commands. Knowledge of caching strategies (Varnish, Redis) and performance optimization. Understanding of security best practices for Magento sites. Experience with headless Magento or PWA Studio is a bonus. Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows. Experience working with multi-store, multi-language, and multi-currency setups.
