The ideal candidate should have strong interdisciplinary knowledge in both mechanical and electrical domains, with proven leadership and communication skills to handle internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and validate Mechanical Engineering (ME) fixtures for design accuracy, reliability, and manufacturability. Perform PLC debugging and basic programming for automation support. Possess solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems for equipment troubleshooting and enhancement. Prepare technical reports and presentations (PPT) to communicate project updates and findings effectively. Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. Communicate effectively in English to interface with customers and internal teams across regions. Handle asset management including planning, tracking, and optimization of equipment resources. Exhibit strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure with presence of mind. Manage vendor relationships and drive vendor coordination and performance monitoring . We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Mechanical Engineer PE with expertise in mechanical fixture design, repair, and equipment troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of production engineering concepts and be capable of supporting high-precision manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical fixture assembly and repair , ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Execute design-for-manufacturing (DFM) functions for fixtures, gauges, and equipment. Work on 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings , comparing design specifications with physical fixture dimensions. Troubleshoot and recover machines during downtime, focusing on pneumatic systems and various sensors (Photoelectric, Proximity, Fiber Optical, Laser). Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and support mechanical fixture audit activities. Use OMM (Optical Measuring Machine), VHX (Digital Microscope), and other precision measuring tools for inspection and quality validation. Required Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and mechanical design. Strong understanding of fixture design and mechanical systems. Knowledge of PLC and CCD systems is a plus. Experience in machine troubleshooting , including pneumatic controllers and industrial sensors. Familiarity with FAI processes and mechanical audits. Hands-on experience with OMM, VHX, Vernier, Micrometer , and other metrology instruments. Preferred Candidate Profile: Background in high-precision manufacturing, automation, or engineering tools development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform root cause analysis.

Ensure machine availability to production to achieve monthly production targets. Ensure effective preventive maintenance programme to minimize machine breakdowns and to increase machine operational time. Ensure that highest standards of safety are being followed for all engineering related activities Support the cross functional teams for specific projects and activities like Lean Management, validation activities etc. at site. To raise Change Requests, Planned Deviations and Exceptions in system. To track and complete all QMS (Quality Management System) related activities. To verify all records related to QMS activities. To ensure that best Engineering & GMP practices are being followed while executing all engineering related work. Documentation preparation and maintenance as per QA / cGMP guidelines and Engineering Standards To ensure that facility is maintained as per cGMP requirements. To execute work assigned by the superiors on timely basis Government related formalities compliance for Metrology Department (Weight & Measures and Stamping). Raising RCEs (Request For Capital Expenditures) for various projects and equipment s and to monitor cost tracking for same. To follow all Engineering related SOP s and ensure that all records are updated accordingly. To update CO2 and Envision data required for Senior Management team. To maintain spares of machines pertaining to liquid section. To handle all responsibilities in Manufacturing and Utility blocks, while working in shifts. To provide support during c HVAC validation activity. To handle all job responsibilities in absence of Mr. Suraj Naik. To provide technical support for instrumentation related activities of entire plant Leading DMS (Daily Management System) meeting for daily work planning Tracking of Opex (Operational Expenses) for Engineering Department. To deliver the training at site on GMP topics, SOPs and other technical topics.
