Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Achieve the daily production targets without affecting part quality and intermediate stoppage.
Maintain 5S and clean machines before and after each shift.
Must be aware of handling the basic measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, height gauge, etc...
Perform safety checks on every shift on the machine.
Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output.
Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times with proper handling.
Create and maintain activity logs.
Provide relevant information regarding progress to supervisors.

Basic Requirements

Basic knowledge of CNC machines and Measuring Instruments.
Basic knowledge on Math and to write the dimensions and tolerances.
Understand to read and write English on a basic level. (Just write the self-name, part name, machine details and non-utilization details, etc.)
Ability to read the process drawing and CP, Schematics and Manuals.
Self-discipline and adherence to rules and regulations.
