Private Cloud Support Specialist (CSP) Job Description: As a part of Managed Services support team deliverables, the engineer is required to have strong Admin, Operate and Manage skills in VMware vSphere and server hardware to provide services for global customers. Candidate should have a strong customer focus, sensitivity in dealing with diverse cultures, ability to learn and adapt quickly. Eligibility & Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering (or Equivalent) Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Managed Service environment for Tier 2 Engineer. Job : Cloud Engineer Summary: The Ideal candidate will be a Node.js/Java software developer who has moved to automating the creation of resources needed for the software he/she is developing…someone who has experience building proof-of-concepts to validate new tools and architectures, in addition to experience with the full software development lifecycle in an agile world. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be able to explain their design and/or architectural decisions, and their contribution to improving their workplace.The candidate will also have been an advocate for improving speed, quality, and security, through automation, DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, cloud-centric microservice architecture and TDD/BDD. In this role, you will help to create an enterprise automation framework which standardized the building, testing and delivery of custom software in a multi-cloud environment. You will work collaboratively with internal software engineering teams to maximize value and enhance the experience for our customers. You will troubleshoot issues with cloud infrastructure-as-code as well as various software languages, to extend adoption of the CI/CD platform. Ability to discuss and promote best practices in software development and cloud infrastructure. Hands-on Development skills key technologies – Ansible, AWS Lambda/Azure Functions , NoSQL such as DynamoDB. Experience with log and metric consolidation tools like New Relic, ELK, Logz.io or Splunk. Experience with Cloud networking, such as AWS VPC/Azure VNET, Security Groups, Load Balancer, Auto-scaling Groups, as well as cloud security, such as IAM roles and policies. Experience deploying applications in containers, such as Docker and Kubernetes, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service and/or Azure Kubernetes Service. Strong Understanding of Inter and Intra Cloud Networking with Transit gateways, Route tables, BGP protocols, on-Prem to cloud Networking.
