Handle customer queries and provide support during the loan lifecycle. Field Work: Visit clients for loan lead generation and relationship building. Collect required documents from customers at their location. Conduct field verification and background checks as per company policy. Identify new markets or areas for client outreach. Meet daily/weekly sales targets
