Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute end-to-end learning programs: onboarding, technical training, soft skills, leadership development, and functional skill-building initiatives. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person). Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring courses, enrollments, and feedback are properly recorded and maintained.
