Greetings from R2R Consults! We are hiring a Manager Sponsorship Sales to lead brand partnerships and drive revenue for our Concerts and Intellectual Property (IP) events . This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in live events and media sponsorship sales , who bring creativity, connections, and a passion for entertainment. Location : Mumbai - Jogeshwari Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship deals for concerts, live events, and branded IPs. Build and nurture relationships with top brands, agencies, and corporates. Create customized sponsorship proposals and impactful presentations. Revenue Generation: Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through strategic client engagement. Lead commercial negotiations and close win-win deals. Strategic Collaboration: Develop integrated sales strategies to drive growth across properties. Partner with internal teams to align brand goals with event experiences. Client Servicing: Ensure seamless sponsor onboarding and campaign execution. Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors throughout the event lifecycle. Market Awareness: Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the sponsorship and event space. Key Skills : Must have prior experience in the live events or media industry 36 years in sponsorship/media sales or business development Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong understanding of brand marketing and event integration Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) High energy, goal-oriented, and collaborative mindset Passion for the entertainment and music event ecosystem Why Work With Us?
