Job Description

Position: Liaisoning Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Liaisoning and Operations Manager to oversee regulatory approvals, ensure compliance with local authorities, and streamline day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction project management, government liaisoning, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaisoning:

  • Coordinate with government bodies, local authorities, and regulatory agencies for approvals (building permits, environmental clearances, fire NOCs, etc.).
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of documents related to land acquisition, construction permits, and compliance certificates.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with municipal authorities, legal advisors, and consultants.
  • Handle all legal and statutory documentation related to construction activities.

Operations:

  • Oversee and monitor project site activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Work closely with project engineers and contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of tasks.
  • Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and daily operational reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site regulations.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in liaisoning and operations in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, RERA, and building bylaws.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate between departments and authorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong local network within municipal and government offices.
  • Experience in real estate, residential or commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with tendering, contractor billing, and vendor coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
