Our clients are reputed Public Sector Undertakings like GAIL, OIL, IOCL, IGL etc. For our contract management, legal issues & preparation of arbitration currently have openings for the positions of “Legal Assistant/ Lawyer” .This assignment may be temporary / Contractual / Permanent. We give hereunder a brief company history, key points of job description, Skill expectation and proposed salary band:- Company Introduction Job Description Regular Correspondence, Legal Issues, Research of Law Points, Filling in MSME, Coordination with Lawyers, Preparation Cases Arbitration Contractual Correspondence Contractual Correspondence Regular Correspondence Legal issues research & opinion Preparation of cases for arbitration Research of law points Filing in MSME Coordination with Lawyers & Seniors Some Administrative issues Drafting Qualifications & Skills Required Graduate in any discipline (B.A.LLB / LLB. / LLM etc.) Law students may also apply . Proficient in Drafting Letters. Good verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills. Good legal research skills. Location New Friend’s Colony, New Delhi ( Only Delhi based candidates will be considered.)
