Legal Executive (IT Agreements)

As a Legal Counsel at our organization, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters. Your key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents. You will conduct legal research to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies, handle legal correspondence and communication with external parties, and monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization, advising on necessary actions. Collaboration with internal departments to ensure legal compliance and risk management will be a crucial part of your role, along with managing relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders. To qualify for this position, you must possess a bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent, and be admitted to the bar or eligible to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Prior experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting, is required. Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal principles relevant to the organization's industry is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bangalore, Karnataka. Relocation or reliable commuting to the Whitefield office is required.
