Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and define leadership role requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source high-caliber leadership and executive-level candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of potential leadership candidates through networking, headhunting, and market mapping.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence reporting to support hiring decisions.
  • Provide a seamless candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a high-touch approach throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with external search firms and recruitment partners when needed.
  • Maintain accurate data and progress updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract leadership talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and employment laws.
