Role & responsibilities Partner with senior business leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and define leadership role requirements. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source high-caliber leadership and executive-level candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong pipelines of potential leadership candidates through networking, headhunting, and market mapping. Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence reporting to support hiring decisions. Provide a seamless candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a high-touch approach throughout the process. Collaborate with external search firms and recruitment partners when needed. Maintain accurate data and progress updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackers. Support employer branding initiatives to attract leadership talent. Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and employment laws.
