To qualify for this role, you must have a Master's Degree or PhD in Chemistry, Cosmetology, or a related scientific field, along with 8-10 years of experience in the Personal Care market. Your expertise in chemistry and applications in hair care and skin care technologies will be essential in understanding customer challenges, conducting experiments, and providing sustainable solutions. Furthermore, your ability to document data, make presentations, and engage with customers will be crucial for achieving business success.
