Role Overview:
As the SDR Lead at FinBox, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to generate leads, build relationships, and drive the growth of our business. Your leadership will help expand our client base and set the stage for successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the team.
- Provide continuous feedback and performance evaluations to SDRs.
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive new business opportunities.
- Oversee the execution of outbound prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and social media interactions.
- Ensure the team maintains a high volume of daily outreach to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
Pipeline Management:
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
- Generate regular reports on SDR activities, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Identify trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve team performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on the effectiveness of outreach strategies and campaigns.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and FinBox s product developments.
- Continuously refine and improve outreach and lead generation techniques.
What We re Looking For:

Education:
Bachelors degree or higher. -
Experience:
5+ years of experience with atleast 2 years in a team lead role in sales development, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. -
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful SDR team.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and systems.
