Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • Design and administer performance management processes to drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Manage salary benchmarking process for various positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop rewards policies that support company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and industry best practices to inform compensation decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related field (preferably from IT/ITES organizations).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles, including benefits administration.
  • Proven expertise in Compensation & Benefits management using tools like Compensation Benchmarking, LTIPs etc.
