Lead Java Full Stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer specializing in Java and React, you will play a crucial role in our team based in Jaipur or working from office. With 7 to 8 years of experience in the industry, you will be responsible for developing high-performance web applications using Java Spring Boot for the backend and React.js for the frontend. Your key responsibilities will include designing and building full-stack applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing efficient and reusable code, optimizing application performance, conducting tests for code quality assurance, participating in code reviews, and guiding junior developers. Additionally, you will work closely with DevOps for deployment and CI/CD pipeline management. To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in React.js, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development. Proficiency in front-end development tools, knowledge of databases, version control systems, architectural patterns, and unit testing frameworks are essential requirements. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technologies like GraphQL or WebSockets are considered advantageous. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
