Java Full Stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java and React, you will be an integral part of our team based in Jaipur or working from the office. With 7 to 8 years of experience, you will play a key role in designing and developing scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot and React.js. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features. You will be tasked with building efficient and testable code for both client and server sides, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, and writing unit and integration tests to ensure code stability. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers while working closely with DevOps for deployment and CI/CD pipeline management. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong proficiency in React.js along with hands-on experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development. Your expertise in front-end development tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM, as well as relational and NoSQL databases, will be crucial. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and solid understanding of architectural patterns and unit testing frameworks are essential. While not mandatory, experience with containerization tools like Docker, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and exposure to GraphQL or WebSockets would be beneficial. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required for this position.
