Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Mac Application Packaging

Operating at scale within the Information Technology Services industry, we specialize in secure workstation imaging, automated software deployment, and zero-touch device onboarding.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable macOS application packages (.pkg, .dmg, .app) ensuring silent installation and rollback.


• Administer Jamf Pro and Intune for policy enforcement, inventory, patching, and zero-day compliance across thousands of endpoints.


• Automate packaging workflows with Bash, Python, and CI/CD pipelines to reduce cycle time and deployment errors.


• Collaborate with security teams to harden images, remediate vulnerabilities, and align with CIS benchmarks and ISO-27001 controls.


• Lead root-cause analysis and performance tuning for packaging, distribution, and MDM-related incidents.


• Mentor junior engineers, set engineering standards, and contribute to continuous-improvement playbooks.

• 5+ years in macOS packaging and enterprise endpoint management.


• Deep expertise with Jamf Pro administration and scripting (Bash, zsh, Python).


• Hands-on experience deploying packages via Intune, Munki, or similar MDM/MDM-hybrid tools.


• Strong understanding of code-signing, notarization, and Apple security frameworks.


• Proficiency in CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps) for automated build and release.


• Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer-centric communication.

• Knowledge of SCCM or Workspace ONE for cross-platform packaging.


• Experience writing PowerShell for Mac-compatible frameworks.


• ITIL v3/v4 certification or exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
