Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generator


Key Responsibilities:

• Search, identify, and shortlist potential leads from platforms such as Bark.com and other relevant sources

• Make outbound calls, send messages, and engage with prospects to introduce our services/products

• Follow up consistently with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert them into paying customers

• Maintain an organized database of leads, track interactions, and update progress regularly

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or business development (preferred)

• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to build rapport with potential clients and handle objections professionally

• Strong follow-up and time management skills

• Familiarity with platforms like Bark.com, LinkedIn, or other lead-sourcing tools is an advantage

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
