Lead Full Stack Engineer

You will collaborate closely with product and design leadership to define and prototype exciting new product ideas and concepts. As part of your role, you will architect and build end-to-end full-stack solutions, encompassing user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust, scalable back-end systems. Leveraging the power of Large Language Models (LLMs), you will develop custom algorithms to drive innovative and intelligent features within our products. Your responsibilities will also include rapidly iterating on prototypes, quickly validating technical feasibility, and ensuring alignment with the product vision. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and technical guidance to other team members, fostering a culture of high technical standards and knowledge sharing. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of proven experience in software development, with demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and mentoring teams. Deep expertise in full-stack development is essential, along with proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, etc.). Hands-on experience in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing advanced algorithms to solve complex problems is crucial. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in early-stage product development. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience utilizing rapid prototyping tools and methodologies are also desired. Preferred skills for this role include experience with specific LLM platforms and libraries (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers), a background in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with agile development methodologies and rapid iteration cycles, and strong communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.,
