1. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in handling the components like ADAS, APA, Parking system , DOMS (driver occupant monitoring system) and having detailed knowledge on Mechanical intergration of these said components .
2. Having hand on experiecne in CAD system CATIA V 5 and guide the team technically to handle all CAD related activities 3.Detailed knowledge on the tooling of sheet metal , plastics , dimesional engineering & tolerance study 4. Basic knowledge on guidelines for packaging of advanced E&E components like Sensors,Camera for ADAS,HUD etc., at system level 5. Detailed knowledge of basic stress/system calculations using CAE and also implement design changes accordingly 6 Initiate and develop design concepts to meet cost objectives, schedule, design parameters and criteria by use of layouts and installation drawings. 7. Evaluate existing and new designs for compliance to internal and external standards and review designs for various governmental regulation compliance 8. Responsible for Design for Manufacturability and understanding of manufacturing processes Interface with vendors and suppliers to select and approve components 9. Should have hands on experience on any PLM tool/Team center for EN release activities
