We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with a strong sense of imagination and creativity to join our team at OneVault. The ideal candidate will be tasked with designing new, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that cater to the diverse needs of our financial community. Job Overview: As a UX/UI Designer at OneVault, your primary responsibility will involve designing and improving user experiences across all digital products. Your focus will be on understanding user needs within the financial and investment sectors and translating these insights into intuitive, user-centered designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to establish and maintain a cohesive design system that promotes consistency and efficiency across our platform. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth user research tailored to the trading and financial sectors to gather insights into user needs and behaviors. - Develop and maintain detailed personas, user journeys, and experience maps to guide design decisions and align stakeholders on user goals. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to facilitate iterative testing and refinement of design concepts. - Build, maintain, and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all OneVault products. - Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to gather actionable feedback for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and user needs. - Define and refine information architecture, navigation, and site structures to create user-friendly experiences, particularly for complex financial data and trading interfaces. - Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards, providing an inclusive experience for all users. - Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends and technologies, suggesting improvements to existing products with a focus on financial and trading user experiences. Qualifications: - 10+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a focus on user experience. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing, especially within financial or trading platforms. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders. - Portfolio demonstrating your UX design process, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, with an emphasis on financial or trading-related projects.
